that's normal for how far along you are. I didn't have morning sickness but I couldn't eat anything till 14 weeks. I finally had to go between 3 different prenatals.

I was told to take them right before bed, that didn't work for me, so I didn't take them in my first trimester until my sickness was mostly gone.

I haven't taken mine since I was about 20 weeks. I'm now 37. I had the gummys cause I can't take pills

Yes you can put them in food if your getting sick from taking a pill. Be sure that you are not having an adverse reaction to an ingredient of them however. Be sure to discuss this issue with your doctor as well.

If not it won't kill you to miss a few days, we all have. as long as you start back on them asap you'll be okay

you can get gummy prenatals but check that they have some iron in them because some of them don't.
