Breastfeeding moms;
What's the best way you suggest I get my supply up? Like when to pump? How long? While baby eats, before or after? Are there foods I can eat to boost my supply? I'm open to any and all suggestions ! I love breast feeding but I want to have a lot of milk stored for times when I'm not around my baby, or if I just want a break, or go to work in a few months! Please help!!!
mother's milk tea, fenugreek and lactation smoothies have really helped my supply...put baby to breast as often as you can so that baby will tell your body to produce :)
