Just had my dilation checkup a couple hrs ago and it HURT so bad and now i have cramps 😩

Yeah I brought that up. She said its normal 😕 I could have sworn im dilated some @delilahsmommy2015 let's see what happens at next weeks appt

let's hope u open up next week sitting Indian style on the floor I'm doing that plus letting hubby finish in me to start softening my cervix

@mrs.oliva - my doctor said not to do anything that'll trigger labor and to go to atleast 39 weeks so I have to wait
