I went threw the same thing. only if it's a joint account. they use to take from mine untill I switched accounts. I went on my own. but now he's all paid off so we give his daughter cash on hand. with receipt. BTW they don't care if he only gets $100 a week they will take their half. it'd better to do mutual agreement then go threw child support. unless baby mama drama

that sucks. my husband doesn't work but they can't take any money from me. @babygirl10-11 and I live in Sacramento. just like how his ex wife doesn't work but they don't count her husband's income either and he makes a shit ton of money, so they still get child support from my husband because they won't count her husband's income.

Hmm I don't think so. I'm not married but my parents are divorced and I've never heard of that happening. I could be wrong but I haven't heard of that before

That's the sucks part. I mean these witches should be happy just to get the money. but we don't have money problems with his baby mama we buy the girls what they need. it's her being jealous of me and it's been 11 years she always changes visit days but when we change she gets pissed. smh but ya just don't have joint bank account
