Can someone please explain what a 'Natural Child Birth' is???
Google keeps giving me mixed definitions 😤😤
I thought it meant child birth without the use of medication...

yes I agree. It is better not to have any intervention, although do not rule it out as when the pain starts you could feel different. But do not feel guilty or pressured into changing your mind whatever route you decide to take. I remember yelling for epidural in the late stages, although I told my birthing partner not to give to me in any circumstances, unless I had a c-section and in that case u would need one. Luckily, she stuck to my request. lol.
You have plenty time to research and arrange a birth plan for you. xx

@holmes, Thank you for sharing. I would prefer natural child birth myself. Our bodies were made for this. I want the experience.

this is my 3rd pregnancy and I don't have any interventions at all when giving birth . I will be having my baby girl this time at home with no interventions again . I just think it is better that way and I feel I get a better bond with my baby ..

only entonox (gas and air) and pethidine in the early stages. When active labour started, I did have anything.
