I haven't done anything yet 😩 I had vaginal delivery and I ripped a little (no stitches tho) my appointment is next week (FINALLY!) lol which will make 8 weeks pp.....I'm kind of a paranoid type of chick so until the doctor doesn't check me down there,nothing goes in the vagina lol

I was either 1 or 2 weeks lol I healed really fast and the bleesong was gone. and everything was fine. :)
