i chew up my food n put the pill in the middle of my mouth w the food n swallow lol i hate pills n the ones i take are huge! gotta hide it in my food like a dog i swear or it wont go down hahaha @pregomoma1

I got like that and switched the gummy ones walmart sells and haven't had an issue since:)

get the gummy vitamins or flint stone vitamins. if you can't get them right away call your doctor & ask if it'll be okay to not take them for a few days.

Flintstone vitamins are the only ones I can keep down with this baby

it won't hurt the baby if I dont take them for two days till I can get a different kind will it?:( i m worryed

Get the chewable or gummy version

my Dr said I could take Flintstone vitamins till my sickness went away. might not hurt to ask :)
