yes it shapes your stomach, you have to wear it alot though. I'm gona use it when I get back to working too to sweat some calories off

I don't do anything. . its just falling off... my vag still hurts so I can't exercise right now... but my friend said since I was never huge to begin with she knew it was gonna go down fast.. so girl idk @karley
