My head is throbbing. Nothing seems to help. Tylenol, ibuprofen, sleep and caffeine. Nothing is working. :(

wet a cold wash cloth and rest it on ur eyes see if that would help. I get mine due to my eyes being strained

Lay down on your back but keep your head and shoulders elevated. Put ice on the back of your neck and drink TONS of water.
