I started telling people straight away aha! But usually people start telling others round about 12 weeks after their first scan which is past the danger zone :)

Yeah if you're both worried then wait until after 12 weeks because that's the safest time to do it, plus you don't want to leave it too late because your employer will need to sort out your maternity pay and leave etc... If I was you I'd tell people around 12-20 weeks and thank you, best wishes to you and your partner as well

I was so excited it was hard to keep it a secret. My husband and I, waited until about 13 weeks to announce the news. although my mother and sister knew when u knew lol

@dimps4eva78, I think I need to stick to 20 weeks as I am terrified of miscarrying again. Everyone was so sad for my bf and I the first time I dont want to go through that again. You and your hubby look super cute in your pic 😊😊

Yh I hear ya. you have to do what's right for you. I have had three miscarriage and it is awful, but I also have two beautiful children already and now my lil prince is on his way. so every pregnancy is different, I know it's hard, but try not to be too anxious. Just think positive and enjoy ya pregnancy. All will be fine. xx thx for the pic comments xx

aww fingers crossed hun hope everything works out for you....my boss found out after I was sick in work about 6 weeks gone....we waited to tell family and friends till around 11 to 12 weeks x

@m4rii3s4, Oh no. Im so glad I am not sick at work. Im just nauseous 24/7. I hope your boss was supportive. I doubt my employers will be happy because as I was missing from work for 2 days so I had to tell them I has an MC and my boss said don't rush to get pregnant again which pissed me off because thats not her concern. All they care about is how much money they will have to fork out arghh. So now I am pregnant again I know they will think I did it on purpose so I am a bit nervous but whatever.

thanks hun....my boss was the same as u only concerned about how it affects them....wen I told him I was to hot and felt dizzy he laughed at me :(....the sickness comes back in the last trimester... lucky for me everything was fine my little girl is here safe and well and am off work so don't have to deal with him for a while....it can be a nightmare when your boss is like that....make sure know your rights he was always changing my days off and messing me around and taking money off me he didn't have to

@m4rii3s4, Thats horrible. My bosses are mainly women you would think they would care. I just check your porfile and realised you gave birth. What a cutie pie. Enjoy your maternity leave. Thanks for your advice

my bosses and his wife have 3 kids you would think they understand but they only care about what affects them hun....hope your boss isn't to bad with you.....thank you I intend to enjoy every minute lol x

Yh bosses can be non supportive. I'm a manager and I support all staff, especially pregnant woman. it's hard let along an exciting time, which should b enjoyable not stress. I really hope it all works out for you. keep us updated. xx
