woke up with a sore throat:( what is okay to take?

Green tea with honey and lemon but no more than a cup a day, Sucrets cough drops, the more vitamin c... The better so drink orange juice with a splash of lemon in it

I know! That's my fear. Getting an itchy throat before labor! I'm gna keep taking that vitamin c lol
