my manager is such a bitch she thinks she's knows everything. she said being a new mom is not hard. everyone is different, newborns can be a challenge, your kids are grown! then she's saying she wants me to work all the way up into labor unless i have a doctor excuse. bitch better believe ima get that doctor excuse cause i am not working until i go into labor. she just ruined my whole morning. 😤😤😤😤😤😡

i can get it but they won't let me start it until my water basically breaks and i go into labor, which i don't understand because i'm sure its legal to take it whenever you want. my other job had no problem with this but my second job is giving me shit about it @laura_love

Yeah, haha. I don't think they can stop you from taking it when you want. Maybe you should go to the labor board about it. That just doesn't seem right

You should ask about FMLA leave... that way your doctor can make a set date for you to be take your leave and that also secures your job
