Take a warm bath and lay down on your left side. Take some Tylenol if u have to. If it doesn't stop, then Yeh :/ go to l&d and see what's up

well I looked it up it said cramping was normal for like 24 hours after.

I do I think I've finally quit spotting. thank good ness. but I am so crampy. baby is moving non stop. I just got up and cleaned for about 15 min and now I gotta set down. that's all I've done today lol. I've been resting since I bled so much.

i was nervous too, just relax and think about anything else while getting it done. i was so tensed and quenched up i had to take a big breath to relax@mmmirage
