My first time hurt so bad....and I didn't have cramps after but my pelvic bone hurt so bad. I'd suggest a warm bath after for the discomfort. good luck!

didn't really hurttoo me just uncomfortable like getting a big girl check up but further up lol

lol "up further " made me tense up. sounds painful, but i'll get through it. if i'm brave enough to get shots and tattoos i shouldn't even be complaining 😄😄👋 @jellybeansmommie

it's not bad i promise lol it's just really invasive. Just go to your happy place lol the more tense you are the worse it is for you.
