i got the fast flow nipples of those cheap evenflo bottles

or a doller store bottle there nipple holes be huge lol

I just poked a tiny hole in the nipple to make it just slightly bigger

boil it with a toothpick in the nipple hole. make sure the cereal is real diluted too with the formula.

@babygirl10-11, my mom taught me that. it works pretty good.

unless it's recommended by the pediatrician you aren't supposed to use it before like 4 or 6 months. babies digestive system isn't mature enough for it yet
