That's what happened with me. I was buying a few things here and there and was kept being told not to buy much...I wasn't having a big shower as I live out of state than our families but I waited and waited and only a few people sent gifts or asked what we needed yet and now I'm due next month and had hardly anything so I had to run and get so much just to feel prepared just in case she came early lol.

lol thats what im afraid of. @eskawho so im like if in get the same thing at the shower i can just exchange it.

That's what I did, I kept all the receipts and stuff just in case...we also put a little money aside each paycheck so we didn't have to worry too much on the cost...baby stuff is not cheap when bought all at once lol. now I feel a little more prepared...we still need some stuff but if we had her soon we should be good lol.
