Yayyyyy my baby girl stayed in bassinet last night and only woke up 3 times including right now. and yeah it just depends on who it is. some people you tell them that you let your baby sleep with you in the bed and they'll have a fit like you've killed a puppy

@mom2be96 yes but it seems if they lay on us then its not looked down upon..so I was trying to see what's the difference? @mrssabby lol can't get her off

they aren't supposed to. the whole reason they can't be on there tummy is because they can't pick up the and and they can manage to put themselves face and smother because they can't turn their head to the side. my daughter hasn't had a problem with that though. she's been trying to hold her head up since the day she was born

@alhynele, @sexii_diiva ughh im that momma I fell asleep feeding her and she was on my tummy and now at night that's how she needs to sleep 😩😩😩😩😩😩

@mom2be96 so why can babies lay on their stomach when they are on your chest but they can't in a crib or something? they have to lay on their backs.. @alhynele yea... girl well that's good for you that y'all got a lil system going.. gotta figure out mind @krb0911 thanks for the tip

Try pushing his legs into his tummy like he is riding a bike. It sometimes helps them push gas out.

@sexii_diiva, I know how u feel. It was really hard for me to put Rachel in her bassinet in the hospital but luckily she didn't mind. She just needed to be swaddled and she would fall asleep and only wake up to be fed. It's really hard breast feeding her at night and putting her back in her bassinet cause she's so cute and cuddly but I tell myself it's for the best cause I don't want to create a habit. Luckily she doesn't cry.

I sleep with my daughter on my chest sometimes since I've been home. I got in trouble for it at the hospital to. but babies love being able to heat your heart beat. so sadly there will be nights where she'll wake me up crying and I just can't wake up enough so I'll just lay her in my chest and lay down and go back to sleep. so will she

@amberlee_94 lol yea... my mom was asking how long will I have the baby sleep in our room ..so I was like probably 3 months... but deep down I'm like yea it doesn't work like that... because then I'll be walking back && forth to the other room all the time lol.. so mine as well sleep with us when he out grows bassinet.. but we will see..lol

Yeah I mean I don't want him to develop bad habits because I am going to be moving into my own place shortly and I want him to be able to sleep in his crib but when he was born I didn't want to have him out of my sight and with him laying right beside me I could just open my eyes and check on him. (: & it made breastfeeding so much easier too. but now I formula feed him and he sleeps more at night so I could get him to sleep in his crib if I wanted to.. but I'm not ready to sleep without him beside me. lol

@amberlee_94 lol he knocked out... yea I have a bassinet so hopefully he will stay in it.. I don't want him sleeping with my husband && I..Even tho we have a king size bed it scares me.. now it it was just me&& the baby id do it...

Awwwe!! @sexii_diiva I was the same way!! but my son didn't develop any bad habits he sleeps by himself beside me.

well I'm trying not to spoil him like that so I can put him down and he don't have a fit...but he is actually sleeping on my chest..lol && if I put him in the lil box he just have random outburst && plus I can't sleep because when its too quiet I have to make sure he still is breathing.. lol I'm a nervous wreck @amberlee_94

I slept with my baby on my chest too in the hospital. The nurses gave me shit for it but I couldn't put him down. I still sleep with him every night & he is going to be 3 months in 2 days. 😍😍 I love the bond.
