Lol girl, none of them worked except the exercise ball! Pelvic thrusts... The Castor Oil sent me into a raging colitis attack 😨

Lol when I drank Castor Oil, went on long walks, ate spicy foods and finally sat on an exercise ball and did pelvic rocks... A few hours later I was in labor at 39 weeks and delivered a VERY HEALTHY 8lb baby girl =)
