I really Want to breast feed my child and I know some women have a lot of trouble being able to. any tips on increasing or improving breast milk production? im so early I only have the clear stuff now but I'm asking ahead of time.
then again I hate to say it but the people at my hospital would pull something like that I'm sure lol @rlcorreia123 rl
haha you would think so right?
ah thanks! yeah someone should have been able to notice that @rlcorreia123
i ran into a huge problem feeding my baby because she was tongue tied and no one at the hospital was bright enough to notice or let me know.
oh, also, if your little one has a hard time latching, and breast feeding makes your breasts sore, your baby might be tongue tied, thats an easy fix, take the little one to a pediatrician for a referral to a water laser specialist
I understand. I won't lie, it's hard work, but it's good for you and it's good for baby!
its one of those things where this is my first time around so as soon as I found out I've felt strongly about trying my best at it. @rlcorreia123
no problem. good luck breast feeding! it's an amazing experience, and such a great bonding time
yeah okay I'll do that. yeah I heard of those things but haven't looked into it enough to consider it so thanks for the knowledge. glad to know that before hand. @rlcorreia123
oh yeah, a woman definantly needs a night out. haha
id refrain from supplements. most of the moms i know used fenugreek and blessed thistle, it upped their supply for a small time, then all of a sudden they couldn't breast feed anymore. just pump/feed often
well I bought a pump and storage bottles so that if someone ever needs to watch him for any reason I can pump.. so I'll definitely pump at night too then! thanks so much @rlcorreia123
Also, do your best to not use bottles. using bottles means you aren't using what nature gave you. lol
1.)latch baby frequently. 2.)skin to skin contact with your baby is important.
3.)never neglect night time feedings. or when your baby starts sleeping through the night wake up and pump. for some reason there is a direct correlation between loss of milk and not feeding or pumping at night
Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Left & right breast ...I pumped the right breast after I fed baby Cruz ...I am beyond blessed & thankful to be producing so much but my GOODNESS it hurts to have full breast! 😣 I had no clue! Lol, can u imagine how it feels to have all this milk in ur breast 😕 I can't complain tho bc baby is fed 💁🏽
does anyone know if I could get a breast pump if I have medi-cal? wic already said no
Breast Feeding With Piercings...
I have my nipples pierced. But I want to know if I can still breast feed with them in. I know I have to take them out while breast feeding. But if I can't, I'll try to do pumping for him. But if all fails, I'll be having to give him formula. I don't want to give him formula, but if I have to, I will.
oh yeah. they did here. i know that for sure. haha
