having horrible contractions, but when i time them they are anywhere from 4-9 min apart all lasting around 40-50seconds.…

they f-ing kill! ive tried walking, drinking water, sitting/laying different n they r still happening.

I'd wait another hour and if they stay the same I'd prolly go in. mine were like 7 or 6 min apart until my water broke and ino I had been dilating because the day before I was only a 2 and when I got to the hospital like 15 min after my water broke I was already a 5.

ok ill do that. did u do anything while contracting to help things go faster? i was at 2 cm wednesday, i hope this is it. im 40+3. @mdomke22

not really I wad just walking around my house. like pacing all night and day lol I couldn't do anything to feel comfortable. a hot shower too kinda helped.I'd lean over a counter or chair rocking side to side and back and forth during the contractions was like the only thing that helped me get through them

@2615mommi2b, if u can't walk or talk through them and they've consistently lasted for an hour then go in

you should go in. that's how I was n I was in labor.
