How can I tell a contraction from braxton hicks? I've been feeling pains lasting 30-40 seconds long every 5-10 minutes. Pain is bearable, about a 2-4 out of 10.. water hasn't broke yet.

I had contractions for three days before actually going into labor lol tells you how long it can actually take. but I ended up going in because one of my contractions Broke my water on day three lol

when you can't walk through the pain anymore or talk to anyone lol. also when they are about 5 min or less apart.

bh won't hurt it just feels like tightening in ur whole belly. contractions usually feel like period cramps that come and go and get stronger eventually
