@sexii_diiva it just has a nasty aftertaste to me lol, they put me on them both times because supposedly you lose a lot of nutrients and blood and stuff giving birth so its to like help your body recover? does that make sense? idk thats what theyve told me lol

@alicia91 yea I get it . . I don't have a problem taking mine tho... no taste.. but I take pills with juice not plain wafer
