Vent/rant: roommate who is all of 22 I'm 33 texted me saying I need to be out by Friday. He doesn't want to have to be quiet at night so I can sleep. He doesn't want to have to smoke crack in his room or outside. His mom owns the house so he doesn't pay rent. I pay $500.00 a month. I work, he stays up doing drugs for days at a time. Ugh I hate druggies! Is it wrong of me to wish he would just go to jail.... He will soon too walmart will catch him stealing and since he is already on probation it won't end well for him.

@californiahaley, I figured they would have searched the house when I called the cops Thursday night and said they were on drugs and he was on probation. They did nothing but run names for warrants.
If he's doin it on the house and his drugs are there they can search the home and he will go to jail for possession
You don't need his PO just call the local probation office give them his name and say you know he's been doing drugs ect and that they're in his house and say you want to remain anon and they will tell his PO
@babygirl10-11, it's the same here in NC but he is a crackhead who doesn't care about the law or how it works. I fear if I try to push that point he will just does stuff out of spite like stealing my stuff or keeping me awake or whatever else

I've called the police before and it did no good. He drug tests weekly for probation but they are scheduled tests and he buys flush kits to clean his system so he can pass.
idk where u live but in ca if you have mail coming there that is considered ur legal residence and they will need to give you a 30 day notice
Agree with @arielle if they're already kicking you out you have nothing to lose call in an anon tip to probation they can come search the house randomly any time because he's on probation they don't even need a reason or a tip. They can just say "hey were searchin your house and car today"

I told Jeff I want to leave. He said that he doesn't love me and I feel the same way about him. However when I asked him if I could keep paying my share of the bills while saving enough to leave he said if I'm going to leave I need to go now. This is what he always does. He says he doesn't want me but when I try to leave he manipulates me.
Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill?

Just so mad at my husband before we moved he promised he would put our son to bed at night and get him his bottle. Then promised that on the mornings he doesn't work or the ones he works later he would feed him breakfast so I can have my relax time before having him all day long. Then every morning he is here he says he's not going to get him breakfast because he doesn't want to and sits there telling me to go make and feed our son breakfast. Then every time I remind him of his promise he rolls ...
Cops won't because they have other things to do. Probation will. Most of the time cops don't even tell probation of the tip so you have to call the local probation office it's their whole job to deal with people on probation that's the only thing they have to do. Cops have to deal with everyone else and normally won't do anything if it isn't a violent claim.
