It sounds like a horrible situation, I've had throwup and I've had blocked drains, and I don't mean this as a criticism at all but I think it's important not to think in terms of "fighting" with your baby. Your baby is just trying to survive and is looking to you for comfort and guidance. I know sometimes things can get really messy and draining, but babies don't want to be throwing up any more than anyone else does and they're not trying to annoy you, they just want your attention and love. Hope that came out right, I can imagine how you must have felt at 1am! 🌸
