yeah I've been drinking water the entire time. because I've had diarrhea today and that can dehydrate you so I've been drinking plenty for that reason already

dehydration is the main cause. even though you may think you've drank enough you could still be needing a lot more fluid.

@delilahsmommy2015, is right. doesn't hurt to call your doctor.

lay like that for 30 minutes and if you still have them take a warm bath. if they are still coming every five minutes go to ER
