I would wait at least another week. Even after stitches come out, the area is still fragile. you will risk tearing newly healing tissue

I would wait till you 6 week check. I thought I was fully walked by 3 weeks cause I had no vag pain I wasn't internally healed until 8 weeks PP

Your body goes through alot during pregnancy. Your uterus and fundus move, bladder and intestines also take trauma. So the reason they advise no intimacy is so your internal organs heal. @dani_8513
