I would wait till you 6 week check. I thought I was fully walked by 3 weeks cause I had no vag pain I wasn't internally healed until 8 weeks PP

I would wait at least another week. Even after stitches come out, the area is still fragile. you will risk tearing newly healing tissue

Its not the outside you need to worry about its the inside
