I have a question, how many of you ladies did not get the epidural ? How was it without?

painfull as shit i felt great after but all my recoverys went great with all 3 and 2 of em i had the epi

I had an epidural, and I have back problems naturally, the epidural didn't hurt me any. with this pregnancy I will be getting another epidural. that was the only thing that made the painful pictocin contractions go away, or at least made me numb to them.

I didn't get one.. Now everybody pain tolerance is different it hurt like hell but if you get a breathing technique that you can do and have helpful people around you to help you get through it you should be fine
