I got checked at the dr for the first time today and I'm not dilating yet! I gotta find some ways to help speed this up! I'm already getting induce at 39 weeks!...any suggest on ways to help speed this up?!

My friend went to see her OB and he told her she wasn't anywhere close to labor (she was a week overdue) she went into labor and deliveries that night. About 8 hours after her appointment she had her baby.
