Dear god they aren't stopping!! these contractions are continuing about 7-10 sometimes quicker but they aren't getting…

go take a bath and drink water. see if they stop. if they get closer together and stronger go get checked.

I've tried :; ( I've been through four bottles of water plus juice.. I took a bath and then a shower, I've been on my left side. they won't slow down!!

At this point I'm okay with that!! I am so sick of going to the hospital and being sent right back home, I'm gonna wait and see if they get to 5 minutes apart and then go, this is so not how anyone told me it would be

That's rough girl. Try to get thru them. Honestly I hope they get closer together. I know it's before your due date but I don't want you to contract for the next 6 weeks till your due!

They told me I won't make it that long but until I do go into labor it's horrible

Anytime after 34 weeks they won't stop labor. @Junebaby is right you can't depend on losing that mucous plug as a sign. Just like water breaking, it doesn't always happen on its own or before you get to the hospital

they stopped mine up until 37 weeks with shots. depends on your doctor. you want to make sure her lungs are mature.

I'm trying to get my fiance up! he would be dead asleep for this. can I go to my local hospital (5 minutes away) and have them check me instead of driving to the one an hour away so if they are gonna send me home it won't be so far? I switched doctors about halfway through

I think I remember that you were in the hospital recently. did they give you steroids?

no, about 3 weeks ago they had to give me the shots to stop contractions and I did good until last Sunday, I was in the hospital sunday. at the doctor Monday and back in the hospital last night for contractions and they did nothing and sent me home and told me to come in when they got consistent.. they have to ship me to atlanta if I have her now. that's almost two hours away, I've had no steroids or anything. they offered to dope me up though!
