Just did 50 squats, legs hurt, if it doesn't help baby drop at least it'll prepare me more for labor. Going for a long walk tomorrow and trying to find some stairs to walk. Got to get this baby out myself before the doctor induces (due to medical reasons). come on out baby cannon!

Walking blocks & malls when I hit 36 weeks 😅 i rather walk her out than have to get induced 🤦🏾♀️ so hopefully I can get her out before my induction date 👏🏾
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?
wish I could try that, ugh, my hubby is a truck driver and out of town for at least another week :-(
