it took me 4 months to get medicaid then when my son was born and I added him they spelt.his name wrong and I got his insurance card and seen that it was wrong and I called them to fix it fit time I called the hung up on me second time I called I was on hold for and hour and then the lady asks are you sure your spelling his last name right.... YES I'M SPELLING HIS NAME RIGHT .. then I get the new card in the mail and its still wrong
