i didn't really take them the first half of my pregnancy cuz i could barely eat n was nauseous after taking them w no food, but now i do every day w breakfast :o lol

taking newborn out

When did you take your newborn out for the first time? What precautions did you take to ensure safety and health?

I waited 6 weeks to take her anywhere besides the doctors. Even now, she is 12 weeks
Day three I think. Only wasn't earlier as I wasn't well enough to go out and baby
13 hours. Hat & blanket. We went over to hospital to have newborn health check then popped

Can you take benadryl while breastfeeding?

samg. You can always try a nasal med like Flonase as less of the med ends up in
