I have a question for mommies that feed their babies formula: My son has been projectile spitting up…

@wyattsmommy91, ask them to change his milk my Bestfriend baby was doing that

@ryans_mommy14, if it comes down to it I will have to but he has been on the same thing for almost a month and just started projectile spitting up so I don't think its his formula

yes, he may need soy formula. my girls did that and were allergic to milk based formulas.

@junebaby, wouldn't this have started a lot sooner like the day I put him fully on formula and not almost a month into it? he doesn't projectile spit up all the time its every now and again but now it has me worried

I think it was only about a week when my girls started. He could have reflux. my nephew had that and they gave him medication or he may just be getting too full.

@junebaby, at first I thought I was over feeding him cause I was letting him drink 3oz and it would happen so I bumped him back down to 2oz again and it still happens every now and again not every time so I'm confused if he had a allergy to the milk would it happen every time I fed him?.

not always but they do vomit frequently. I would tell the doctor about it. he may have some reflux. they put my nephew on medicine. I think Zantac and put him on cereal bottles to thicken his formula. he may just need a sensitive formula though like gentle ease. you just never can be sure. its a trial and error process to narrow it down.

yeah he has a Dr appointment tomorrow morning so I deff am telling him about it so hopefully tomorrow he will be able to give me answers thank you for your help @junebaby
