I've had losses and the cramps with mine were worse than my period and typically my period pains are pretty bad also. i would go and be checked. they can take blood work and give you more of an idea. prayers ♡

Idk it's hard to say because I had a period when I was pregnant and didn't find out until I was almost seven weeks but I knew it was a weird period but not enough to make me think I was pregnant. But I don't remember bad cramping but I never have really had bad cramping. You could go to er but they can't really do anything if it's a miscarriage

It could be but the bad cramps sound concerning, mild cramping and spotting is normal. @ashleykeishon

yes, for the past 2 days it's been brown, now it's red like my period, and im having bad cramps.
