I feel sorry for my bf then... bc I'm easily agitated without pregnancy hormones let alone contractions and something the size of a watermelon coming it of my vag

@jellybeansmommie, what you are describing is exactly how I just felt . I didn't want him touching me or talking to me and I didn't even want him to look at me 😂

I'm expecting horrible excruciating unbearable pain from Hell that will make me wish a horrible slow painful on my childs father... so if it's not that bad I'm good lol

@jellybeansmommie, it just gets overwhelming because the contractions come right on top of one another. If you can relax and breathe through the pain and focus on something it helps. Fighting the pain makes it worse. Also walking around or rocking helps if they let you.

@jellybeansmommie, I was screaming ! But it didn't make a difference . I used a breathing technique the doctor showed me & I walked around for 10 minutes

how did you do with pain management. everybody told me the more you yell and scream the worse the pain but breathing through the contractions help.
