Question: can I just pump instead of breastfeed or I have to start off breastfeeding then pump?! I hear it hurts so much to breastfeed & I'm getting scared to try it lol😢
I hurt the first week. once they latch correctly it gets better. try buying bag balm. it's honestly for cow udders but it works great for sore nipples and diaper rash. you just have to wash it off with a warm wash cloth before a feeding or pumping
it is uncomfortable at first for some women. mostly just if the baby doesn't latch on correctly. don't be afraid to try. for me after about a week I felt very confident and comfortable. you can pump and bottlefeed your milk but try to nurse. it creates a wonderful bond for mom and baby.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
don't let people scare you. it literally only hurt the first like 3 days, pumping hurts worse... so yeah, I would breastfeed!
