I don't think allergies get passed through breastmilk. There are things like too much peppermint can lower supply. Spicy things can upset some babies Tummies. Tannon has never had any issue with spicy foods, or me having caffeine. So I eat anything I feel like. You just have to try things. If something seems to give your baby gas, tummy ache, or keep them awake you might want to stay away from it. But it's trial and error.

chocolate can upset the babys stomach too if u eat it while breastfeeding and its any mind of nuts too atleast thats what my pedí told me

Nope. Tannons isn't bother by chocolate, coffee, soda, spicy food, sugar, dairy, ect. He's yet to be bothered by anything I have eaten.

Same effect it has in adults, wakes them up. Only babies will become overly tired but almost unable to go to sleep which would cause the baby to be very cranky.

Yeah all babies are different. Tannon isn't effected by anything. My sister can't eat bacon or nuts it upsets my niece. A friend of mine couldn't hardly eat any meat and no dairy.
