Pre-pregnancy I was 140 and now I'm 29 weeks and I gained exactly 40 pounds 😓

33 weeks started out 118 now am 158 so about 40 lbs but the last 2 visits I've only gained 1 lb. so maybe I'm leveling out now lol.

prepregnancy I was 150. 39 weeks pregnant I was 211.

this pregnancy I was 175 prepregnancy now I'm roughly 20 weeks and 172. (I lost alot of weight in the beginning and got down to 160)

Hey preggies! This is like a super nerd alert but I've found an equation developed and validated by researchers/OBs/mathematicians out of Duke Medical Center that predicts birth weight. Out of 87% of births, weight was predicted within 15% of actual birth weight- nearly the same accuracy as birth weight predicted via ultrasound. I just did the equation and if I had Baby D now, she'd weigh 6.46lbs!
