No there's absolutely nothing in it! Just flavored sparkling water😊 delicious & I got this one at Target!! I'm only allowed water too since I got diagnosed with GD @parkers_mommy
@pruisbianca, I will have to go check out target👌. does it come in like a case like soda or individual? right now I'm using the vitamin water zero liquid stuff to add to bottle water but the same taste everyday all day get old lol
It's delicious!!! I don't really like sparkling water like plain but this is absolutely delicious and a great replacement for soda if you're like me and addicted! 🙈 it's the hardest thing giving up coffee and Mountain Dew since I drank both daily before I was preggo😳 @makeartnotwarr69
you just add a few drops to your water. it's so good since you can make it taste as strong or as week as you want. & it has nothing as well. my bf got it at albertsons & they had like 4 different flavors of vitamin water.
Omg yes I drank one large coffee a day and a monster and a Mountain Dew a day lol🙈 I was going to school full time and at night I was a bartender until like 2am so I needed the caffeine😭 but I was so addicted and didn't realize until I had to stop drinking it😥 I can't even drink it after I give birth bc I plan on breast feeding, unless I pump and have like a cheat day once a week😋 @makeartnotwarr69
