I personally like the mam ones and so does my daughter. the only ones she will take. they are ortho friendly and super cute! my daughter has ones the glow in the dark so if you lose them at night it's easier to find!
my daughter was given Dr browns pacifiers at my shower. she seems to like them and, I don't know if you're breastfeeding/plan to, they haven't caused nipple confusion issues or anything.
