Brushing my teeth has become a daily bloody massacre in my sink... Does anyone know how to keep gums from bleeding?

rinse your mouth with poroxid every other day...of course dont.sollow it but my higentis recommended it...it doesn't completely stop all the bleeding but it does help.

I haven't found anything that helps.. I literally hate brushing my teeth cause my gums hurt and bleed so much...
Yea I've read that it's the hormones but it's just so gross! Haha
I ran my tongue ring over my gums and they start bleeding :(
apparently nothing.. its a pregnancy thing according to all my mom friends...
