Moving back in with my parents this weekend. We were only in our apartment for two months but the mold that is rapidly growing in every corner and lining the attic is too much for us. If the landlord doesn't give us our deposit I'm going to be totally pissed. I told him I'm due in a month and he said "it's not like the mold is life threatening."

If it's rapidly growing there's a problem and your family doesn't need that exposure.
Look for tenants rights in your state and contact them.

We took a lot of pictures @single_ladi and we already told him if we don't get our deposit we are taking him to court @hayleymarie . He was so rude about it. They are a rich older couple that lives in Arizona in the winter and he is so snooty
