Can anyone tell me how to get threw this morning sickness please I can't eat anything without wanting to get sick It's my first pregnancy and I didn't think it was this bad 😞..

people saying "enjoy your quiet time now", or "get your sleep while you can".

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
