Been kept awake with the worst heartburn ever! Surely it's too soon at 20 wks for it to start?: Old wives tale says if you get loads of heartburn it's a sign you'll have a baby with a lot of hair!

I started just after 20 weeks and founder ice cold milk and gaviscon really does help both at the same time xx
never 2 early sorry hun and it only gets worse, I have tried all sorts only thing that works for me is milk, drank 5 pints in 2 days lol xx
This heartburn is horrendous, everytime I eat, no matter what it is it's severe. No amount of gaviscon is helping! 😭😭. What else can I do?

Heartburn everyday is a killer!! It seems like everything I eat gives me heartburn. If I lay down I get heartburn. It's driving me crazy

Just curious what prenatals y'all are taking. Everyone I burp or get heartburn I can taste the iron in my vitamin and it's not helping with my morning sickness at all.
That makes me feel so much better, I've been getting off lightly by the sounds of it!!
