2 mnths strong and my nipple feel like there going to fall off smh I just wanna give up and say F it ... but I can't just think about myself . Lanolin isn't doing much for me any other breastfeeding mommies have any tips ? I pump every 3 hrs instead of 2 because that's too much for me and doesn't work for my schedule. My milk supply is great just the pain and soreness 😠😠😠😠😢😢😢😢😑😑😑 help me please 👐🙍

the nipple shield is so you can relieve some soreness from your nipples from breastfeeding not to use while pumping.
why do u used the nipple shield with the pump?
