ladies..when did you decide to take your maternity leave??. im 23 weeks and already cant wait for…

I stopped working at 37 weeks , had planned on working until 38 weeks but working in a high volume full service restaurant is pretty difficult on your body compared to other jobs I was struggling with breathing and keeping my body cooled down enough to function 😕😕

ive been thinking about working till at least 39 weeks but the way my pregnancy is and having been hospitalized twice already idk how long ima make it even though i dont work at a job like yours..i dnt know how you made it to even 37 weeks i feel likd i can barely move some times and im 23weeks now haha @hayleymarie

@seleneromanortiz12, everyone's body handles pregnancy differently I was zooming around perfectly fine at work until about 36 weeks then it hit me like a ton of bricks where I've seen other girls with desk jobs struggling around the same time you are ... The key is to listen to your body if it's saying you're doing too much then you probably are but like my drs said even when you stop working don't just sit around, get up and do stuff it'll make the remainder of your pregnancy easier and make labor easier as well benefits of being at home is you can choose when you need a break 😊

yeah i agrrr everyones body is different i guess it just depends on the person. i have a desk job so sometimes i wonder it be different if i had a job where i was active bevauae like your doctor said its not good to just sit around @hayleymarie

@seleneromanortiz12, it also depends on how active you were before pregnancy and if you've stayed close to that activity since becoming pregnant I definitely think the more dormant your lifestyle the harder pregnancy can be on your body

On my due date is my last day!

I'm working til feb 20 and due date is on the 22nd #unless he comes early. But I'm working up til I have him

Because im new to my job im working up until i give birth because i have no vacation time to use.

I was put on leave at about 26 weeks, but I'm the supervisor of paint and you can't really smell paint while pregnant and being at a hardware store all the lifting was over sixty pounds so my work and doc decided to just put me on leave early :)
