Healthy fats in pregnancy are good for baby's brain. Skip low fat things and go full fat in things like yogurt. Plain yogurt has calcium, protein and probiotics which help balance the bacteria in our guts and vaginas (which helps keep yeast infections at bay). You can also go for good fats in things like real butter, olive oil and coconut oil. I make my own salad dressing for cheap with olive oil and vinegar (red, balsamic, white wine) as a base and add other things to make tasty. I always cook in coconut oil.
