You're in your second trimester. It's fine to go.

I'd say it's personal opinion, if your really concern about it I would ask my doctor. In my opinion I'm against during the whole time.

any time really my moms a nail tech and I get mine done every two weeks they say its fine as long as the place is ventilated like it should be
