its hemmorhoids. drink more water and increase your fiber. tucks and preperation h help with discomfort and dwelling.
I get hemorrhoids too and I go regularly, it's just more common in pregnancy. I just upped my fiber and they're gone now.

They are caused by being constipated & trying to push to hard, and if you push to hard it will bleed.
